Nobody answers the telephone at this building. Either that, or google has provided an incorrect number which is still active and never gets answered.
The staff are friendly and helpful enough but very slow at serving customers.I'm not sure if this is due to their computer systems because they make an awful lot of keystrokes for a simple transaction.
