Surly woman selling tickets outside at the airport bus station (nice work you've got there) immediately demonstrated an arrogant provocative manner when asked to confirm if debit card payments were not accepted. She needs another job or a customer services training course or three.
I think to be fair this is a modern, clean station with a good car park and several trains an hour to London and to the North. I can understand that airport customers may not be happy to have to hop on a bus but that isn't the station itself.
aaaaaaaaw gawd, noThe whole thing really makes me sad. While the air port is good and many of the individual parts of the travel experience are good.The joined up part of the experience is terrible. Its the paying for the bus, to the airport when you have bought a ticket to the train station. Where else are you going to go.Its the appalling charges for cars to drop off that means you have to take the train. Not every train stops at the station (fair enough), but could this be made a must stop at - if the train stops in luton.
