Customer service is shocking. My dad was charged 4.49 for a cup of tea and when I spoke to staff they made out that he was trying to con them out of 2 pound. They made us feel like we were in the wrong. Won't not return to this place again. Even when we sat back at our table the staff were still discussing what had happened. I think they could do with going on a customer service course including management.

A very useful place to sit and drink and eat snacks while you wait for your plane if you're early! There are plenty of sockets around the edge when you can plug in laptops on his mobile phone chargers and the staff have no objection for you sitting there for hours! Obviously, you can't leave baggage there because it's an airport if there's somebody who will look after it for you.
I love going to Pret, whether it's in London, New York or in this case, Luton Airport. The service is fast and efficient. The food fresh and tasty. Coffee great and pricing spot on. No wonder this branch was busy when I visited mid afternoon. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. You wouldn't think was possible at an airport! Definitely visit if you're hungry or thirsty.
