As a manufacturer approved repairer, i was expecting the workmanship to be thoroughly checked before the car was handed back. This wasn't the case and paint turned up to be almost matt ! Took it in again, they acknowledged the issue straight away and agreed to fix it. The paint now is factory standard. See the before and after photos for yourself. As with the cost, yes may be steep; but you'll get what you pay for (eventually)
