Asian clothing shop situated on Selborne Road Luton mostly women but has male and children clothing went there with the wife who bought two Asian suits price was on point saff were very helpful
Disgraceful service !!!! I ordered two parcels, 5 pairs of men's clothing for Diwali, wore first Kurta set and the stitches came undone from side of the soldier (Not ripped otherwise it was my fault), Called customer care and reply was "when you received it, it was fine so we cant do anything" Very unprofessional customer care, I heard " you know....You know .....You know , more than anything else in my 4 minute conversation". Decided to send rest of the clothing back and will never use Diya again !!
Its a nice clothing store but does use very cheap materials and clothes r stylish
Quality of clothing is very low, but the prices seem to increase with time with no improvement on clothing quality. The assistants never tell customers about 'no exchange' before purchase, once paid for then they mention 'no exchange' I find this very rude and there is no refund at all. Some of the staff members seem half asleep and say, they'll only get it out of stock room IF I BUY! Erm, well I DO want to see it first!? Honestly I won't waste my time there again.
