Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't issue letters, doesn't submit review pleas, shambles.
They never answer their phones, and actually publish a fake number on the "automated system" Hardly public servants, more like public avoiders! I think that they would be in breach of the "Citizens charter" first implemented under John Major. They also seem to ignore UK law when it comes to the statute of limitations.
