Unfortunately I had a really bad experience. Doesn't even deserve the one star! All money making and not an ounce of consideration for the patient......Receptionist was very loud so there absolutely no patient confidentiality, everybody could hear your business. Doors were not sound proofed so you could hear the whole conversation the dentist was having with their patient. Ouch!I felt very rushed when my appointment finally arrived; after 40 minutes late. I had a white filling and band one treatment which should have included a clean. That lasted 30 seconds!!! After complaining, there answer was to go find another dentist !! I happily will.
Our first visit to this dentist so we were a little apprehensive but we had no need to be. The receptionist was very helpful and the dentist we saw was lovely. She put my daughter at ease and I have finally found a dentist who knows what she's doing.
Lovely staff and dentists. They also have a sister practice in Town which also have lovely staff with excellent people skills to help with anxious patients.
They canceled my appointment by text message with less than 24 hours notice. The text said to call to reschedule, I called but was waiting over 15 minuets on hold for an answer. Given up waiting now. Online appointment booking said no available appointments. Resorting to email now
