Stopped in to browse before a domestic flight and ended up purchasing a Sonos speaker as it was 70 cheaper than the high street. Shabul was fantastic in explaining some of the features of the speaker and also going out of his way to allow us to collect the speaker on our return flight. They can't current offer the collection service due to the extensive refurbishment of Luton airport, but Shabul made it work. Thank you so much!
Pretty dire selection in comparison to many other Dixons
i dont get why people are complaining. The customer service was on point, helped me with all my inquiries, know their products, good advice. why would you complain that they would not like yoi charging your phone on their computers.. that s normal... and About the prices, all of them were at least 20% down from amazon ones....Great shop, friendly staff!
Very unfriendly staff I was looking on HP VR staff member approached and told me not nice to leave it because they are not connected and are only to see size on one question if I need help or if I'm interested to buy them. I used to be assistant manager In Maplins and staff member like that will be gone or will have informal discussion. Very bad customer service.
