Ordered a corner sofa. Came broken after waiting over 6 weeks.Told I'd have to wait 5 weeks for a replacement. It's now been 7 weeks & I've still not received a replacement & not had any communication from the store. Poor all round.
Completely terrible service. Order a sofa and the sofa get made and is in the warehouse but it cant be delivered as there is a bit of missing info on the computer. Customer service cant help as the Luton branch needs to sort it but the Luton branch doesnt answer their phones, emails or voicemails on the store managers mobile left by the head office customer service manager. So we have to wait ( over a week already) to arrange a delivery as they cant deliver simple customer service. Stay Away from this store!
Absolute shamble, never been so stressed. DFS Sofa was delivered with feet missing so could not sit on or use, took well over a month to sort out then offered a 25 YES 25 from manager as goodwill for inconvenience, how embarrassing after spending thousands with them. DO NOT BUY.
Good sofas, very big open area for viewing, warm building and nice service
If I could I wouldn't give even one star. The worst company ever. No communication with the customer. From the beginning we had problems: wrong address, wrong phone number, lost paperwork (not even bother to inform us), site surveyor said sofa will fit and when it was delivered never fitted in our staircase. Loan furniture arrived two weeks after promised time and it didn't even fit either. I have spent 2 days waiting for them at home.They ordered second sofa without doing site survey. To get a refund I had to call countless amount of times. Promised to get compensation for damaged walls and for all the problems they caused and it looks like I can dream about it. Latest manager was rude and patronizing towards us. Trying to get rid off us asap. Explaining himself he got whole list of customers with problems. This is going on since beginning of June. My advice- don't go there if you want loose your money for almost 4 months and waist your time on solving their problems. Also nobody ever picks up the phone there- they don't have enough staff since June. DFS is ridiculous company with complete lack of customer service.
