I love Pandora charms but it's a shame they have discontinued some charms like 'sweet neice' and 'aunty' it was nice to buy personalised charms like that. Also very strict policy on there boxes I think if a purchase is made then the customer can choose to buy a box.
The first class service I received at this store has made me write my first ever review. I was served by Brandon who had such a lovely friendly and helpful manner where nothing seemed too much trouble to ensure I ended up with exactly what I wanted. A truly enjoyable shopping experience which is the reason I have returned and will continue to shop at this store. If I could award 6 stars I would! Service at its best!!!
