A very useful place, especially during winter months. Was a bit grubby like some other reviews suggested. Rate for use of the dryers is good - 50p for 7 minutes. I get my laundry dry in 28 minutes (2) on a medium setting, so I'm pleased. The laundry machine is 4 per use and machine for duvets is 5.
It was a bit dark and grubby. Most of the dryers were out of action. It's saving grace was the friendly other service users. It's a place I would only recommend when absolutely desperate.
It does the job. I go in there for drying clothes but find that machines are always never all working at any particular time.
Handy for this time of the year, staff are always pleasant, and helpful. They have just had new dryers installed, so everything dries a lot quicker
I only used the dryers but they got my things dried very quickly. They charge 10p a minute but make sure you have 50p plus coins as they don't take 20p coins. Also there aren't any free cash machines nearby. It looked as though the washers were around 4.50Friendly staff and good opening hours (although I can't say exactly what they were, they seemed to be open all office hours).
