Always have what i want in here, shelves really full and a big variety of goods food and non food. Friendly service and always greeted with a smile and a hello, they also have a nice selection of crisps and snacks.
Shop owner are abusive. Poor customer service. Tried to drop off a UPS parcel they refused saying that the parcel is to big to keep by their door for morning pickup. Come back in the morning. I explained that I paid for a service and the should honour this service. At which point they began being abusive, picked up the parcel and threw it onto the road outside damaging my item. I started recording their behaviour on my phone to report them to UPS at which point they started to settle down. AVOID this shop at all costs! Better ups drop off points and customer service elsewhere!
Shocking telephone service.Tried to call the shop to ask about a parcel deliver from UPS.1st time I was told busy to call back, fair enough.2nd time I tried to call was told "is this quick I am busy "and when I questioned about poor service was told " to forget it"Will be reporting to UPS to have this rude shop owner removed from their network.!!!UPDATE!!!!In Response to the comments from the shop that have been added.My question was simple one, which I never got chance to ask because of the abruptness of the person on the phone and could have been answered in 10 seconds.It may not ultimately be your responsibility, however I work in retail management and deal with things I shouldn't on a regular basis to keep my customers HAPPY.Good luck with the business as you will need it if you continue to upset customers in such a way.
