Three time sheets sent two weeks ago, up to now no payment. If call them, they're talking different stories which sounds like rubbish.Phoned them again yesterday again, no payment as well.Avoid this agency, do not even try to work with them.

On two separate occasions I have needed to contact whoever covers on call at weekends for Medical Staffing and twice no one has returned my call.The first time, I needed to speak with someone was when I had two emails stating I was supposed to be working in different places, after several calls and no call back as promised I had to decide which one I thought was more likely! I let my agent know what had happened, he couldnt understand it and said hed look into it, I heard nothing.Second time was this past weekend, I was unwell on the Saturday and knew I wouldnt be able to cover my Locum shift the next day, I again called the out of hours number SIX times and left SIX messages. I felt desperate to let my place of work know I wouldn't be in so they could cover my shift. I ended up asking a friend to call at the place I was supposed to be working, didnt look good for Medical Staffing. I have now raised a complaint.
I have been working for Medical Staffing as an agency nurse practitioner for over a year and initially found them very good to work for with promt payments the week after I had completed my shifts, however I am now really disappointed with the company. Since a senior member of staff left things have gone down hill. The lack of communication is appalling I get no response from my emails or telephone calls and I have now been waiting over a month for my last 2 payments despite regular efforts to try and find out why I have not been paid. My advice is shop around for you agency work.
