Food was nice. As it usually is. But as a victim of bullying in the workplace, I cannot and will not support the disgusting manner in which the manager/owner speaks to his staff. Shouting and swearing at them in front of at least 5 other customers waiting for their food. Ordering them to do other tasks when the were clearly swept off their feet taking and packing orders. We all looked at eachother absolutely mortified. One gentleman shouted "I thought bullying in the workplace was a thing of the past", to which he was ignored.Whatever you are paying your staff, it is definitely not enough if they have to put up with that level of abuse in a daily basis. I will change this review when I am assured your staff have received a pay rise and you promise to treat them like actual human beings. Until then I will not be returning here. Disgusting.
Best chicken and chips in the area. Only issue is the high high end prices. Another issue is having to pay 7 pound for a meal and drink and then being charged extra for sauce. After spending a high amount I would expect to receive free sauce. Again food is amazing so can't complain about quality.
