Breath-takingly rude, arrogant, and unprofessional in my opinion. I will never EVER use this removal firm again. I would advise you to go elsewhere too. Seriously, go ANYWHERE else. Any other company would have to be better than these people who treat the customer with utter contempt and hostility. I have given them one star simply because this website requires it. If it were up to me, though, they would be awarded negative points. It is simply inexcusable for any organisation purporting to offer a certain level of customer service to act in such bad faith as these people have done with me. A huge disappointment. Shame on them.
I think there is a certain reputation of removal men. The 4 chaps who moved us a week ago could not have been more helpful/courteous/punctual if they tried. It is many years since I used Stephens but so glad I chose them again to move my home contents. Also, nothing was broken!
We couldnt be more pleased we entrusted our move to Stephens. The 3 guys who did the work over two snowy, frozen days, worked tirelessly to ensure our entire house was packed and moved without incident. Whenever there was an issue, such as getting a large sofa through a small door, they found a solution! Nothing was too much trouble.Thank you especially to AJ, Lee and Nathan!
Numerous difficulties with the staff and boxes went missing, when wanting to raise this I found it extremely difficult to speak to the owner. The manager that I spoke with was very resistant and impolite. Would not recommend.
Excellent service and great care taken during move. A van was obtained at short notice and the whole experience was trouble free.
