The food selection was small, but looked, smelt and tasted good. There were plenty of drink options, including the usual suspects (tea coffee etc) and some spirits & beers. The place was cleaned very regularly & the staff were happy to help and smiling.There were sleep pods available, the toilets had showers as well. What more could you ask for? Well, I knocked it a star as one the toilet cubicles I walked into was very messy. Overall , a good lounge, with lots of space & facilities.
Better than the airport itself. Quiet, relaxing, a good place to wait. However, with a few exceptions, the staff is churlish, (woe betide you if you interrupt their gossipping in the kitchen to try to order a drink) and the food is worse than meh; I think I chipped a tooth on the brie...
Not the best lounge I have been in but the one with the nicest stuff by far, above all, a super kind and friendly Spanish woman.The lounge itself is OK and now, on Thursday 7pm - 8pm is almost empty, what is great. Luton is not my favourite airport but the lounge is a very positive point.Thanks!
Too busy. Nearly as crowded as the main floors of airport. Food selection is poor. This place was great before Luton airport expanded. Toilets / shower areas are really clean and well maintained. 25.00 per person
Arrived in the lounge , a wonderful welcome by a smiling lady welcome and greet, Marie a very nice lady with excellent customer service. Throughout our time in the lounge we have been very blessed meeting a very hard working team who seems very happy in their work absolutely recommend anyone visiting the team.Great food and drink with excellent customer service and happy staff team Thank you very much for a great visit Josh and Ian xx
