Made it my home 30 years ago. Has had it's up and downs over the years but undergoing major refurbishment and a five minute walk to Leagrave railway station for commuters....

Run down estate wouldn't travel around without doors and windows locked on car

Bad Place for the life... But is cheapest if you want save money. I don't recomend.
