It's a good size store that offers many Pet and animal products. Good staff service and support. Used this store previously in the past to give them a Rabbit to rescue and they were more than helpful in adopting it. Recommend
Very friendly, helpful staff. Bought some cold water pond weed already packed. Parked outside the shop was a bit of a queue when paying but all went well.
For all your pet needs, they stock rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, rats and fish. The staff are very knowledgeable friendly and helpful. Sometimes you have to go looking for someone for help but it doesn't take long to get the help you need. They also have a doggy grooming room at the back if you have a four legged friend who needs a haircut, and Vets4Pets too, although I've never used them. I have fish and there are plenty of standard tropical and cold water fish here to choose from. If however you are looking for exotic fish, this is probably not the place for you. They stock plenty of fish food, holiday feeders, tanks, decorations, live and plastic plants and cleaning equipment, suitable for indoor aquariums. They do not however take fish in, you would have to find another place for that. Overall a decent experience
Good big shop selling goods for all kinds of pets. Good competitive prices. Service can be a bit slow if you need to talk to someone but it's to be expected in a busy shop.
Nice pet supermarket. Clean and shelves always full. Lots of items. Staff helpful. Unfortunately they have stopped stocking my dogs food so now I can only buy it online. If you spend a certain amount it will be delivered to the store the next day. Hopefully they will not discontinue it. Vets and dog grooming available
