The customer service here is terrible. Once I came to buy something from here and when I tried to pay, the card machine kept declining my card. So I had to go to the nearest cash machine, through the home-time traffic which took a long time. When I returned to pay, I started to count out exact change and this annoyed the lady at the counter so much that she started to huff and puff and drum her fingers on the counter. She was very impatient and lacked customer service skills.On another occasion, I bought some personal care products from this place. The packaging looked rather dusty, but I didn't think much of it as I needed them as a matter of urgency. Upon taking them home, I noticed a very strong mouldy, damp smell coming from them. Being an asthmatic, this was very concerning. So I returned the products and told them about the problem. The lady at the counter was not helpful at all. She was rude - she was rolling her eyes at me. She lacked respect and was being defensive and making excuses. She just played the blame game - first it was my fault and then it was the suppliers fault. She had an attitude problem and was belittling. I felt that she was looking down on me and she appeared very arrogant. At the end, she decided that she was going to give a refund and tossed the money at me. I would rather walk the mile and go to Boots or Superdrug than to come here again.
