Dean was reliable , no nonsense and gave fair quote. When he said he will turn up he did and when he quoted the price it did not change. We used him last year after other roofers could not fix the issue. He correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He Has good knowledge of old houses and how they were built which some of the others had no clue and so could not fix the issue .
