Not very happy with this surgery at all. When you ring up your placed in a queue, when ur in position 2 it then says sorry the surgery is now closed. Not only does it take nearly 3 weeks to see a doctor but the staff are really rude and forget to get the doctor to sign your prescription, this surgery need to be under review by the nhs medical board as this practice is failing badly
Ridiculous waiting list! Called on the 16feb and next available appt. Is on 5th march. Like 20 days waiting list. I couldn't book it because it's to early to prebook. Sure when i'll call back everything will be full again. When ca i see a doctor??
Good but not enough appointment times 2-3 weeks seems to be a long time to get to see the relevant Doctor
Fantastic. Best patient care and service I have ever received from a doctor's surgery.
Very happy with the care I receive and have never waited 15 days for an appointment. Staff are friendly and bend over backwards to help. All the GPs I have seen have been kind and pleasant and never any issues with prescribing or referring you on for further investigations. Staff and Nurses are excellent never short or unkind.I particularly like to see Dr.Robinson who puts you at ease and always has time to listen to you and is never dismissive. Do wish she worked longer hours sorry Doctor Robinson..
