good sauna, good staff recommend it to anyone went last Friday to many pushy customers
Beautifully appointed better than many of its London contemporaries. Cabins are very cold they dont need air conditioning ! Mainly an older client base. Dont seem to retain their staff rarely get a smile and need to attract a younger crowd

staff on phone useless first time planning on going to a sauna so had a few questions before going one being is sex and stuff aloud and if so hows it checked if people are clean when asked he said do you get checked at clubs? well I dont know this is my first time and then he kept repeating its men and women's night tonight and its underwear or naked tonight Im raver confused now as to why those are not simple questions also asked if its fine that im a more feminine looking guy and not the more muscular short haired sort of guy would I be okay attending because ive heard about some places not wanting more feminine looking guys at there saunas and first he said no then he repeated its guys and girls night and so on again happy to remove this review if i actually get some answers but i need so actually get some answers from the staff do i need to bring recent test results will there be open sex or anything some basic ground rules thought id have a quick friendly chat over phone maybe joke around a little bit over call before heading down but now i think im going to head elsewhere tonight I just found most of it really rude
Once It was a good sauna but not anymore. Its dirty and smelly. Showers are broken, no soap at all. Cold water in jacuzzi, lockers are full of dust and god knows what else. Terrible place
