Went in with my iPhone X as it crashed while updating. Looked like a hardware issue. Was told to pop back in 45 minutes so i went and had lunch. When i came back it was all sorted and back to life! Very friendly staff and service. Even updated my phone at no extra charge. Thanks chaps and ladies.
On two occasions the store failed to properly communicate our requests to their off-site repair centre, failing to run a proper diagnostic and failing to replace the part we had instructed them that needed replacing. Wasted hours of our time and inconvenienced us for two weeks without a laptop we needed for work. The staff appear responsible but ultimately did not do their job. We were refunded the full cost but the days lost work amount to much more than that. Would not recommend to anyone, will be formally complaining to Apple.
