Made me wait 1.5 hours at the airport before they eventually turned up. Stupidly I used them again to drop me to the airport and again they haven't turned up on time. I've now switched to Uber which is a lot more reliable.
Very rude and disrespectful call service. I just called to book a taxi and asked how I could contact the driver if I had to, and got the reply "are you stupid or something? Just call this number that you just used, stupid". After explaining why I needed the number for the driver and not the hotline reception, he said "well I'm cancelling your order for your stupidity."I've never seen such appalling service before.
