Very happy with the care and service and kept us informed through out the night
We took our dog after being run over by a car.Our little girl had terrible injuries.The staff was very professional and kind from the moment we arrived.The staff kept us informed of the situation and costs at all times, they even helped us with the insurance papers.Unfortunately our little girl didnt make it but we believe the staff done everything they could to save her.VetsNow even sent us a beautiful, thoughtful Christmas card. What a beautiful thing to do.We will never forget our little girl and we are very grateful for everything the team have done for our little girl.Thank you so much.
This is the second time I've sadly used this vets.....both times really successfully. ...the first time I thought my cat would have to be put to sleep....but she was saved by an amputation....and now....after five months is unstoppable. This time my second cat was treated after a horrible injury to his tail....24 hours later. .. ..he is back to his normal self...Though is not allowed out....yet.Thankyou so much...my cats are my beloved family....
Had generally good experience at this clinic. It is expensive but then all out of hours care is. They have staff there throughout the night rather than calling in and they maintain good communication. They also have experts on call. We sadly lost our pet last night but they tried everything they could. If you are at out of hours care, then your pet is usually desperately ill and that limits options. I have used other out of hours care and to be honest Vets Now Luton is at the cheaper end.
Absolutely amazing with my dog who can be a handful. They took such great care of him during his 3 night stay. They also updated me through the night. Couldn't have asked for more from the team. So very grateful to you all.
