one of the worst experience. The store manager is very rude. Bought a pair of shoes which got defect and I ask for exchange or refund but he said he will not listen to my complain. The manager really need some training for customer service.
The most disgusting experience I have ever come across in retail world. I bought a 75 jacket and when I came home I noticed that feathers were coming out of the jacket and I wasn't happy with the quality of it so I went to return it. According to statutory laws I had a right to ask for a refund and the manager (who by the way is very rude and an ignorant person judging by the language he used whilst speaking to me) says that they cannot give me my money back because that's how the material is, like it or not and they don't offer refunds anyway even that they have it written in the back of their receipt that they do offer refunds. Absolutely shocking. The so called manager couldn't even look me in the eye while talking. No wonder people don't like buying into high street anymore and are using online more, it avoids coming across these uneducated people.I'M NEVER BUYING IN SPORTS DIRECT ANYMORE. Misleading customers and forcing them into buying in their store. CRAZY.
No customer service skills whatsoever. Get watched and followed around the shop as if you are a thief.
Very bad customer service . My wife brought a pair of Adidas flip flops at 2 pm yesterday on a rainy afternoon . I took tags off to try them on and they were tight . I took them into the luton store at 11.00 am this morning and they refused to let me exchange for a different size . They were in immaculate condition with recipet as proof of purchase . Manager very rude accused me of wearing them . I tried to explain but we told he would call the police and security. I then began to record this incident. Very sad as have spent lots of money in this store for all 4 of my children and myself . I now feel unable to use the store as trust has gone . The manager eventually exchanged them in return for me deleting recording . Still in shock cannot believe how I was treated . I will be making an official complaint.
I had very good experience with them, I was surprised some staff were trained about orthopedic problems and were helping. Sometimes the customers are stepping on each others heads when rushing, but the staff are brilliant.
