Good gym and swimming pool but very dirty changing facilities
Cleanest pool and changing rooms in Luton by far. Deep warm pools. Much much much better than lea manor.
has 8 lanes in 50m pool, of which max 4 is open in peak. if not closed, then reduced to 38 or 25m. if none, then packed or no lane swim at all. coeducated showers with no dry change area for women. they assume women don't shower.
Absolutely amazing and clean pools, gym, bedminton courts. Very nice facilities.
Good place, lots of stuff to do, however, some of the lifeguards are a little to restricting on the kids during fun session swim times leaving the kids wondering what actual fun there is to have, whilst I understand they have a duty to do, perhaps they could spend time at other pools to see how they operate instead of acting like a secret service keeping everyone on lockdown. Maybe more pool facilities for kids such as water slides, sprinklers, wave machines etc would make a more enjoyable experience for those seeking leisure, it's not as if the serious hardcore swimmers don't have a separate Olympic pool now is it.
