Iv been coming to this gym now for 10 months now. I was in today again and I have asked staff why they have the managers son running in and out of the office and running to the toilet and into the coffee area. She replied because shes the managers shes allowed. I have my child so I too should be allowed to bring her into the coffee area to sit. She wouldnt even be running around she would just sit. Health and safety in the coffee area!!! This child comes 4 days iv noticed. Why one rule for manager and different for members? Dos and donts in this gym one for members and 1 for the manager!
Good classes could have better washing facilities
Rude staff and unhelpful If staff are extremely over weight they shouldnt be working at a gym. I asked new staff on Friday morning 11.01.19 to help me. She was unable to help me as she had no knowledge of fitness or the equipment. How do u employ anyone like this! Disgraceful!
This female only gym has really friendly vibes! The sauna is good and they have a great variety of equipment. Their classes are really fun and keep you motivated. The only annoying thing is that a lot of the lockers dont work. They should really fix that.
Do not join, they are scammers.I have contacted the gym and the company responsible for handling their cash numerous times to cancel and have been told several times my membership has been cancelled. They were still withdrawing money from my account even after they informed me my membership was cancelled. I went into the bank to cancel my direct debit and the gym are contacting me non stop telling me to pay. I will do no such thing because I have been told my membership is cancelled. Do not bother joining this gym, you will be paying them money for nothing for the rest of your life.
