Very rude people and they laugh at people if they cry and they just stop doing the hair to go to eat for 10-30 minutes then come back and talk loudly on the phone would highly not recommend it
If I was able to give no stars I would!!!Rude people and rubbish hair cuts!My 6 year old could have done a better job!!
Terrible dont have a clue what there doing went in asked for somthing to get done to my hair she ended up doing somthing complete different, there just stupid dont have a clue what there doing
Very bad customer service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star!! The lady who was doing my daughters hair was very very rude and made my daughter cry because of the way she was pulling nd combing the hair. I don't think she was even a hairdresser!I was told to come back the following day to sort the hair but my daughter refused to go back because she was so rude nd hurt her hair. I was also very shocked by what she was doing with the hair. No consideration of the child what so ever!Definitely not recommend for kids hair!
