Fantastic place, nice atmosphere, delicious coffee and hairdressers are excellent
Discussed prior to highlights the desired colour (cool blonde). Most of my hair was cool blonde apart from the roots as the owner Ms Dominika and her stylists did my hair previously (sombre). I asked a few times prior and during colour if the blonde will be in cool shade and she reassured me. I wasn't sure in the salon on the finish but when I got home I looked in the mirror - not only my hair is not cool shade anymore but it is yellow and with stripes running across the top of my head. Clearly this is not what we agreed on consultation, not only this cost me over 120 but my self esteem is ruined as this looks absolutely awful. I contacted Ms Dominika asking her to fix this issue the next day after the colour but she said there was nothing she could do at this time until the next visit, which clearly isn't the case. If you are not able to achieve the desired shade by a customer you should tell them before putting the colour not when the work is finished and the customer is not happy . Wouldn't have asked for highlights if I knew my hair would turn gold and with tiger stripes. I thought she will take it to heart when customer is not happy with her work especially when she trains other people to be hairstylist. Saying that I am really disappointed is an understatement, she should have offered to fix this now I have look for someone else to fix this poor job and of course it will be costly! Don't recommend this salon.
Maybe the Lady who owns the salon is talented but she needs to change attitude towards the clients.
