I won't be using their legal services again. Eight years ago I paid for them to set up a declaration of trust for my children which I was made to believe had been set up, only to find out that eight years later they failed to do this. They had no problem getting paid from me for something they didn't deliver. In recent communications I found the organisation unprofessional, patronising and don't come across as having their clients best interest at heart.
