Zero stars! Not very helpful, the solicitor who took my case on didnt communicate efficiently, sent him my court documents, no response, no queries to see how i am getting on with my housing situation, i had court on the 7th nov 2018 and he didnt even call to advise me on that matter, whether i should go or not. Probably took my case for the legal aid payment. Not to mentiom the receptionist always sound upset and unbothered. Very unprofessional.

Would give zero if possible the most unprofessional firm ever got allocated to a solicitor suggesting things that aren't even legal I had a totally straight case the owner who is I believe to be a man of African decent seems to have no knowledge of law and I was forced to withdraw my file due to the lack of sense of security wort firm ever don't use them
