Ricky was highly professional. He gave me a time and he reminded me the day before and turned up right on time. No messing about. Then he did what he does and replaced a lock which was hard to get access to and he spent more time then anticipated because he did a thorough job. Left the area nice and clean and if I even have another job related to locks or security, Ill give him a call straight away.
I called Prestige in order to fit a digital smart lock for us which we had purchased.
