Brilliant service, always with a smile. Steve changed my front and patio doors to new 3-star secure cylinders and was able to make both patio doors use the same keys - he could have made them all the same but I preferred not to. Great price.
I recently employed Steve to carry out a door handle and electronic lock installation for one of my customers.The work was fairly complicated but Steve took this in his stride.Steve visited the customers property, showing courtesy and respect and provided me with a reasonably priced proposal which he turned around quickly. The work was confirmed with the customer and carried out as agreed. He also went the extra mile to put something right for the customer that wasn't part of his scope.Throughout the process Steve was efficient, well presented and showed excellent time keeping.I would highly recommend Steve and will certainly work with him on future projects.
