Not sure what the fuss is about. Signage was fine and I found a space within 10 minutes. Would find it difficult to have any issues in here and there were tonnes of spaces free on the upper levels. Really happy and will be back.
I was trying to park my car then vale was with white bmw coming up and he was saying something to me behind windows I just said keep going mate,then he took my plate number seriously can you tell me funny guy what you gonna do about it,you could ask my name as well I wouldnt mind to give it to you,dont forget your job is parking peoples car not threatening,you found job at least try to do that in a proper way,dont forget your duty,you are not somebody so important when you put yellow waist,I hope you ll read this but I dont think that you even know about reviews or about people views,reason I wrote perhaps your boss will read it and help you to get some education...dont forget you are nobody there mate so try to do only your job..
Complete nightmare! I pre-booked but there's no guarantee of a space, it took us 30 minutes to find one and we ended up on the roof. Our return flight was also delayed which meant we overstayed by 3 hours but we were charged for an entire day at 58 and not the actual amount of time overstayed. Be careful to allow enough time from landing to getting to the car park as they only allow 1 hour grace otherwise you'll also be charged 58. Finally the car park design is crazy as you need to get into two lifts to exit the car park and then walk in the open to the terminal. Every time I fly from Luton I regret it but if I do fly again I'll go to the mid or long stay.
I will never book this again! I paid the advanced premium parking for convenience and to reduce the usual stress of going on holiday with a family of 4. We arrived in plenty of time and then spent 22 minutes driving around the car park trying to find a space. We took to tailing people with luggage to try a grab a space as they vacated it! Super stressful and then we had to rush for our flight! Don't book it.
The signage to the multi storey car park is absolutely appalling. I've ended up in the drop off area before reaching the multi storey on the last two occasions I've used it despite desperately looking out for signs on the second occasion. And, as noone answered the call bell on either occasion, I had no option but to pay 3 each time.
