Don't recommend Belvoir for letting a house through this agency, completed an end of tenancy check out with the agent and she was very satisfied with the cleaning/inspection of house and she took pictures etc and also made compliment saying that property was returned in much better condition then before. But after few days they surprised me by saying that property was not returned in good condition and deducted 175 from my deposit for cleaning charges. Please do let a house through this agency, very rude staff specially staff Margaret.
