It is hard to put into words how truly exceptional this company is, in the service they provide. They guided me through every aspect to do with of the sale of my house. No request or question (or in my case stupid question) - seemed too much trouble for them. They charged the lowest commission, did not tie me into a sole agency contract and yet delivered results of the highest quality. I dealt with Adam initially and when the sale of my house progressed, Katie called me religiously once a week to keep me updated and informed. I was looked after very well during what was a very stressful period in my life. Thank you to Adam, Katie, Sian and Nick for all your help, good advice and optimism. You are such lovely people and I'm so glad to have met you and to have used Penrose.
