The school is actually a decent place, the teachers are good but because the school cant keep the teachers, they all leave leaving us GCSE students with supply teachers who are nice but don't know as much as the teachers. The departments are good but after the YR7 - YR10 lunch, theres food everywhere. The younger years are so disrespectful and are always not listening to older years and teachers.

Horrible school, many teachers had been laid off due to harassment charges, bullying and misconduct. Spent my last 4 years attending this school and was truly glad to say goodbye. Have never been back since I left and don't ever plan to.
Been going to Lealands for a while and what can i say! It is a school which faces many challenges such finding teachers and half of the GCSE students have to deal with supply teachers and don't learn anything. The kids in the younger years are disrespectful but despite this the teachers are resilient and try there best to get the best possible grades for every individual student.
