I used Haleema Travel Limited to book our Umrah trip in December 2018. This trip was for 16 people, the group consisted of adults and children, some of whom had previously visited Saudi. The whole booking was managed very well and I was kept informed throughout by Khurram Raja. A good price was negotiated. I found the shoe bags and ID badges for the whole group very helpful. The location of the hotel Royal Dar Eiman in Makkah was superb, as was the location in Medina, this proved extremely helpful with little ones. The transfers were always prompt and on time. The sightseeing in Makkah and Medina was very good but it would have been helpful to have a guide with some knowledge of the virtues and history of the locations visited. This is perhaps a point more for the tour operator in Saudi to address. I would definitely recommend using Haleema Travels for your Umrah bookings. Inshallah I will rebook with them in future.
Very unprofessional. Wouldnt know what customer service is if it smacked them in the face. Especially Arslan he makes everything up and acts like you are going to leave the country without paying him.
