Dominic has asked me to write a review before ending our conversation and before confirming my booking details, which I've found a little unprofessional. He then continued to ask whether or not I had posted the review as he couldn't see it. Upon initial booking, I was quoted a price for other Iceland tours but was unable to book them at the time as the relevant offices were closed. Now that I'm wanting to book the extra tours its coming back as triple the price? I have adjusted my travel times to accommodate these extra tours which meant paying extra for the extra time. Had I of been advised accordingly, I would've stuck to my original quote and booking.
Had a few issues with the hotel, but spoke with Wayne he has been very helpful and has managed to sort out all the issues we had. Im sure we will be able to enjoy our holiday now. Thank you Wayne
