One of only a few quality stores in Luton Mall, has both food, clothing as main areas. Small home ware. Love the food and quality of clothing... Really worried as rumour is may be closing.

It's a great shame that M&S Luton, like many others around the country, is closing. I think the fall in sales at M&S is due to the company and especially the Marketing department and bosses, not understanding the changing trends of shopping.The Food shopping experience at M&S must have been conceived as a "loss leader" because everything is unnecessarily overpriced.As for clothes, the assumption everyone is blind and wants to wear 49 shades of grey, has never helped.M&S react to market trends and shopping online about as fast as a snail doing the marathon.
Great M & S brand and that's what one gets here. Good store for both clothes and groceries. Well worth visiting
