Disgusted with the staff attitude in this store me and my wife went in to buy lights which we had seen online for 18.99 and we went to the store and on display with the tag it clearly labelled 18.99 and when we went to the till the price was completely different we told the cashier this is the price then she asked another colleague to check and that colleague checked and said no the one they have is 19.99 and the other one is 18.99 I disagreed as I am a customer service manager I went back up called that colleague over and said there it clearly says on the tag 18.99 and he was baffled and goes everyday prices change and I clearly stated if prices change everyday the old tag must be removed promptly as if another customer comes in and purchases the same item and has the same disagreement you would have to honour the price she then said you would have to talk to a manager so I went back down spoke to the same cashier and she just got rude about it and when I told her all big major stores have the same policy as I would know and if a customer tells me the price is showing this and you scan it and its different I would have to honour the price the customer has seen and shown me and she just rolled her eyes and tried telling me about company policys so I just left my items and walked out of the store but I then went to a different range store in Milton Keynes saw the same item but price was scanned shown differently when scanned and they had honoured the price! So am I appalled with this behaviour from Luton range would not recommend going here at all!

I haven't been to this area in a few years, and last time I visited this store it was a PC World! OK, so it's now The Range, and whilst it's not as big as the MK store, but like MK has the addition of a mezzanine floor, so still has a huge selection on offer, just a little bit less of everything. It was bright, clean, mostly tidy as staff were busy organising display areas, and plenty of nice items for around your home, including a big selection of Christmas lights, ornaments and decorations. There's plenty of free parking, which is very easy to access and exit, despite being near a busy roundabout, and overall a really good store.
