Great gym facilities, clean and well-maintained equipment. Great variety of fitness classes and you're always made to feel welcome by friendly staff with excellent working knowledge of the gym. I would give 4.5 stars if I could but not 5 because the 'cafe' is lovely but just a small area by reception and the membership rules about booking fitness classes needs some clarity when you need to cancel in an emergency. I cant find anything in terms and conditions.
Facilities are Clean and tidy. Staff are pleasant and helpful. There is a fair range of equipment and classes can be great fun.
Good atmosphere, great classes, you can even stop and have coffee after your class. (Or chocolate or tea)Good instructors and helpful staff, good old "Dave"
This place has all you need and more to keep fit loose weight and advice to stop smoking etc... and the small comfy sofas are great to relax an have a coffee
Love this gym. People always friendly and staff welcoming. Equipment is new and kept in good condition too.
