A big no no charge tooo much and don't do their work properly and at the end stay the property was sold as seen (block severage)
First of all, dont use them, as you dont keep customers data and they dont check that they have the right signature, and plus there fees are so high which they dont do the work properly, and they ignore the email, waste of money and time and you are not secure with them.
