First time using this car park - very smooth experience. Car drop off was quick and easy and there was a friendly staff member on hand to help out if anyone was struggling with the machines. Equally quick and easy on way home. We were also lucky with our timings as the shuttle bus was there and ready to go both ways.
DO NOT USE!!Please note Airparks Luton cannot be held responsible for any property that is left unattended in your vehicle whilst you are away. Therefore i suggest removing essential items before leaving your car in their hands.It is very concerning when you return from your trip to find personal items have been stolen from your vehicle. After contacting the police and voicing my concerns with the company, there was nothing they could do about my missing items. It is safe to say i would not recommend using this particular site, and checking items before you have left the facility. As I had left the premises before realising, Airparks are refusing to take any responsibility. I'll have to await the advice of my legal representative on the matter.
Very helpful staff. It was a very quick and easy process. It is very much a do it yourself service. Very cheap and fast and I would definitely use their service again if I needed to go Luton airport again.
Very good service. Helpful staff. You can ask them to clean your car for your arrival, for extra fee. Its easy to find it. They take you to the airport by bus, and on the arrival they take you back. We found this as a cheapest price, fortunately, so I can book next time straight ahead. I would recommend it for anyone.
Reasonable price compared to others. Efficient service at drop off point. Car was ready for collection despite plane being delayed 3 times. A short wait for the transit coach which takes around 15 minutes to get to the airport.
