All ran very smoothly. Booked online. Arrived and booked in with reception, then got driven to Luton within 5mins. On our return we dialled the number we were given and told a pick up van was there already in collection point and to make our way. Driver jumped out to help us with bags, drove back to car park- given keys and off we went home! Easy.
I have used this parking 5 times now, and they were always polite, professional and on time. The price is very competitive and it is quite close to the terminal building so you don't have to spend too long on the shuttle bus. Overall I think I will be using this parking again
Great parking near the airport with free shuttle-bus and very nice staff. When I arrived there it appeared that I booked wrong date by mistake but they fortunately were able to re-book it. They are available 24/7, I was picked up from the terminal on 25th December night. Definitely recommend and will use that parking again!
My wife and I had a great experience using this airport parking service. Highly recommended. Slightly more expensive than the cheapest options, but for us with a 2year old, totally worth it.
It does what is says on the tin. Rapid transfers to and from the airport - albeit with a fair walk at the airport end, though this is true for all off site operators. Limited facilities on their fairly compact site but our coach was available instantly so this was not an issue and our car was ready and conveniently parked for our return. Despite various agents/clubs claiming to offer a discount on the cost, the price always came out the same.
