Extortion at its finest. The most expensive airport in the UK. 7 to drop off, I do not know how they get away with it.
Be very wary of this company, yes they are cheap but when I used them they disconnected my security cameras as soon as they were aware of them. I have no idea what happened to my car when it was in their care. The way cameras were disconnected was very quick, obviously operative was conversant with camera set up as it was not easilly visible
1,500 + OF DAMAGE ......... ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING EXPERIENCE! DO. NOT. USE....... EVER! ON ARRIVAL : My car was 'clean, no damage', photos were taken and the exchange was quick and courteous. ON RETURN : My car was damaged down the entire passenger side(all panels), which they had tried to repair/cover up/touch up(very poorly) The return was handled by a questionable company rep(NO identification, NO documents, NO branded clothing) No apology was given, No acceptance of liability, just puzzled "oh yeah" expressions, no paperwork to sign, no way for me to record that my vehicle was being returned in this condition. Said 'questionable human being' went to get paperwork, called back stating he could;nt get it. Had I not been travelling with a 2 children under 6 months, I wouldve called the police. Absolutely disgusting.
Had a blow out on Motorway phoned as did not know when we would arrive - was told no worries we will be here when you arrive. Efficient service would definitely recommend - friendly helpful staff and more to the point there was no hassle just a nice smile our car waiting for us
First experience of meet and greet parking with my own car. Couldn't fault the service. Booked through APH. Due to the massive refurbishment it was a quite tricky to find the meet and greet drop off point in the short term car park but there was someone on hand when we dropped the car off and the guy was waiting for us when we arrived to pickup. No delays! Not sure whether I'd trust the service with an expensive car though due to the horror stories you hear
