One of the worst Letting Agent in Luton. Not trust worthy.
If I could give a 0 I would! Went in there today because we was getting a 4 bedroom house that day to move into because we was given a mouldy home, the minute I walked in the door it was a alarm bell just from the way they greeted you. Once they give us the key.. 1 key no window keys no backdoor keys nothing 1 key this set of my warning alarm. We went into the property and oh my god it was disgusting we was promised this house had a brand new kitchen everything good, the toilet which was located in the KITCHEN! Didnt flush you couldnt even wash your hands because there was a cornered wall in the way, the living room was in the kitchen the sink was the wrong way round and was right next to the cooker which is a hazard! Not even the worst bit there was mice when we walked in cockroaches everywhere the windows was baracaded shut no fire alarms not a house I would live in especially when we have 4 kids! Worst property shop Ive ever been to! Would not suggest it the man in there told my mother that she has nothing better to do in her life and was a overall very very rude man! I would stay away as much as I could never go in there unless you wanna be treated like not a human!
went here today for a housing flat but nothing as they said go to council and get proof of your money coming in they just care about the money do not care were people live as long as they get they rent only
