Worst agency... They not even answer if you have any issues. Poor service
We recently moved into a property in a lovely, sought after area shown to us by Vanessa and couldn't be happier. We absolutely love our new house, the move was quick and hassle free and so far have found all of the staff at VA to be very friendly, helpful and efficient. So far so good - highly recommended and no complaints from us!

The reason i gave 1 star to this agency was the unprofessional way me and my boyfriend were treated. We were interested in renting a house, gave them a call and arranged a viewing. We loved the house, however there was a bed in the living room which we asked if it could be removed before we moved in, and Simon (the agent) said yes. So far so good, we paid everything we needed to pay for and on the day we were told we could move in things started going really bad. We go to the agency to sign the contract and get the keys and when we get to the house the bed was still there, the heating wasn't working, there was no electricity whatsoever.... Worst of all, Simon was at the agency when we signed the contract and didn't even care to bother telling how the house was. Also I found out that the electricity meter was on my neighbour's lot! So if the power went off or something and the neighbour wasn't home, I would have to sit in the dark and wait for them? I felt wronged. When we went back to agency to complain about how the house was, one of the agents started laughing! Also the landlord was a joke, didn't care about us at all. We asked several times if he could go to the house or send someone to fix everything so we could move in and he would just throw us a date and do nothing. Just empty promisses.
