Be cautiousI initially dealt with Omar who was very helpful in helping me with the car I was interested in buying.However, after 2 weeks, I could not buy the car as it had a number of ongoing mechanical issues even though it was only 2 years old.Independent mechanics, garages and dealerships I obtained advice from, all told me not to buy the car, as the faults were not usual for that age and calibre of a car. Even the car finance company who approved the finance declared it could not lend on a car bought from this dealer!! Took me a while, and with the assistance of my bank, and threats of court action, but finally got my deposit back.
From the first phone call to our visit today, the service was impeccable. Very helpful and friendly staff, they didn't rush us we were left alone to have a good look around the car (Chrysler 300C), had a test drive, the car is great and drove beautifully home about 56 miles away. I would definitely use them again and recommend them. Thanks guys you have made one customer very happy.
Found a lovely ford s max on line, i couldnt get down due to work so decided to take the delivery service. They went around the whole car over the phone and sent me more detailed photos and even a video with the service history and documents. I transfered the money by late morning and had the car delivered the same evening. Well impressed with the ease of the whole process. Only negative thing was the tank was almost empty, would have been nice if it had a full tank of fuel.
Initial experience was good, quite helpful. But after sales service is virtually non existent. Fobbed off on the phone. Too busy, we will phone you back but never do. The impression that's projected is .. Thanks for buying a car from us, now we're not interested.
